Full stack developer since 2024, focused on agentic systems: I design, build and ship platforms where the model does part of the work and the human keeps the decision. Before that I spent six years in commercial and channel management in the tech sector, which is why I build products that solve business problems, not just technical ones.

  • Moved 10,000+ operational route records from spreadsheets into a single platform for operations, analytics, finance and people management, used by internal teams (admin and board) and by executives at Cargo's clients.
  • Driver bonus engine that replaced the payroll workbook: per truck-day calculation, rate cards with effective dates, and monthly reconciliation against the real payroll sheet.
  • Recharts analytics (daily summary, operations dashboard with drill-down and an executive PDF) and automated rate-card invoicing exported to Excel in the client's format.
  • Next.js 16 back office on Firebase/Firestore with role-based access (admin, board and client) on every Server Action: author of 619 of the web app's 632 commits and 102 merged PRs.
  • Vitest tests, ESLint taken from 87 errors to 0, and contributions to the drivers' mobile app (Ionic 8, Angular 19 and Capacitor).

  • Platform that ran both verticals of the programme, Fintech and Longevity: 1,656 applications, 100 competing teams and 3,277 evaluations recorded.
  • Evaluator portal integrated with Claude agents (Haiku and Sonnet 4.5) that pre-score 10 sub-checks per team with evidence; the final call stays with the human evaluator.
  • Live leaderboard on Supabase Realtime and awards ceremonies in front of 250 and ~200 attendees.
  • Rubric engine configurable without a deploy, per-vertical multi-tenant abstraction, and a certificate engine with public verification.
